What You Will Do:
As an Estate Planning & Agreements Attorney, you will work directly with clients to create thoughtful, customized solutions, including:
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Drafting and negotiating agreements such as prenuptial, postnuptial, and buy-sell agreements
- Counseling clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and risk management
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive, coordinated services
- Communicating with clients professionally, clearly, and empathetically
What We Are Looking For:
- Washington State Bar admission and in good standing
- 5+ years of experience in estate planning, contracts, or related law
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Comfort with legal technology
- A personable, professional approach with excellent client communication
- A desire to grow your own practice and shape your professional path
- And yes — a sense of humor (because estate planning can be serious, but we’re human too)
