LLLT & Paralegal
I received my Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from an ABA-approved program in 1998, which gave me a strong foundation for a career that has spanned family law, personal injury, criminal law, and products liability. Since 2011, I have worked exclusively in family law, driven by a genuine commitment to supporting clients through complicated and emotional legal matters. I am dedicated to providing clarity, organization, and steady guidance during every stage of a case.
Why Family Law?
Michelle is drawn to family law because it allows her to support clients during some of the most significant transitions of their lives. Her goal is to make clients feel informed and supported, and she values the opportunity to bring structure, empathy, and calm to situations that can feel overwhelming.
About Me
Michelle earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from an ABA-approved program in 1998. She completed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam in 2014, obtaining the Registered Paralegal (RP) credential, and later completed the UW School of Law’s Limited License Legal Technician Program. In June 2015, she became the first professional licensed as an LLLT in Washington State under Rule 28.
She is highly skilled in court rules, preparing pleadings, drafting motions, conducting discovery, managing case files, and supporting trial preparation. Her attention to detail, empathetic approach, and positive attitude contribute significantly to the strength and success of our legal team.
