Attorney
Susan Hurdelbrink is an Attorney at Dellino Family Law Group. She is committed to helping clients navigate difficult family law matters with compassion, steadiness, and thoughtful advocacy. Susan approaches each case with the understanding that family law issues are deeply personal, often arriving during periods of uncertainty and emotional strain. Her goal is to help clients feel supported, informed, and confident as they work toward greater stability and a stronger path forward.
My Approach
Family law matters can feel overwhelming, especially when so much about the future feels uncertain. I believe one of the most important parts of my role is creating a foundation where clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the process.
I approach every case with empathy, practicality, and steady guidance. I take the time to understand what matters most to each client, whether that involves protecting their relationship with their children, preserving financial stability, or simply creating a clearer path through a difficult transition. My focus is not only on resolving the immediate legal issues in front of us, but also on helping clients make decisions that support their long-term goals and overall well-being.
No two families are alike, and there is rarely a one-size-fits-all solution in family law. Some situations call for collaboration and careful problem-solving. Others require firmness and strong advocacy. I work to meet each case with the level of attention, strategy, and support it deserves while helping clients move through uncertainty with greater clarity and confidence.
Background
I was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, and my family’s roots in the community span generations. Family law has long been part of my life and upbringing. My father practiced family law in Tacoma for more than 30 years, and watching the compassion, kindness, and care he brought to his clients had a lasting impact on me from an early age.
His example inspired me to pursue this work and continues to shape the attorney I strive to be every day. I am proud to continue that legacy while serving families in the community I have always called home.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Washington State University and later graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law. Go Cougs and Go Ducks!
About Me
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, usually centered around good food, whether that means trying a new Seattle restaurant or cooking dinner at home. You can also often find me exploring local parks and trails with my basset hound, lab, and pitbull mix, Eugene.
