My Approach
Having worked with clients from a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds, I understand how important it is to make legal issues feel manageable—especially during times of loss or family change. I believe in providing clear, consistent communication and working collaboratively with clients to help them feel grounded in the process. My goal is to help ensure people understand their options so they can best move forward toward resolution. Whether a matter is resolved through planning, negotiation, or litigation, I strive to be a steady and strategic advocate and bring a problem-solving mindset to every case.
Background
I was born and raised in Everett, Washington, and have deep roots in the Puget Sound/Pacific Northwest region. I grew up playing a different sport every season; by high school, I wrestled, played football and baseball, and rowed crew. I also worked part-time at a pet hospital. As a Running Start student, I began college early and earned my master’s degree a month after turning 21—while working at a software company where I eventually became a project manager. I later earned my J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, receiving three CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for top academic performance.
My background also includes work in legal technology, data systems, and project coordination. I’ve obtained certifications in project management and IT, which support my ability to stay organized and efficient—especially when navigating complex or document-heavy matters.
About Me
Outside of work, I enjoy trail running, playing games with my family, and digging into books and music. I also play guitar, tend a garden, and often have a writing project or two in the works.
