Molly Crouch has over 15 years of experience in customer service and client management within the hospitality industry. Molly earned her AAS from Renton Technical College, specializing in their legal assistant program, before seamlessly transitioning into a paralegal role.

With a genuine passion for helping clients navigate through challenging life circumstances, Molly thrives in family law, where her warmth and dedication shine through. Her exceptional organizational abilities, drive to support others, and compassionate demeanor position her as a stellar advocate for our clients and an invaluable member of our team.

About Me

I grew up in Albuquerque, NM, and moved to Seattle when I was 12. I started out in the hospitality industry and have over 15 years of experience in customer service and client management. When COVID-19 hit, I took a moment to reassess my career path and decided to venture into the legal field. I earned my AAS at Renton Tech in 2021, specializing in their legal assistant program, and swiftly transitioned into a paralegal role, where I love to help service my clients.

I am in family law because it gives me an opportunity to help clients navigate through one of the most difficult times in their life.

In my free time I love to go explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my husband or hang out a home with our cats. I’m a passionate Seattle sports fan and love to go to Mariners and Seahawks games. My mom and I also have a tradition of going to see concerts of music icons that I grew up listening to.
