Paralegal
Amanda Oster is a family law paralegal with nearly two decades of experience supporting attorneys and guiding clients through complex legal matters. Over the course of her career, she has worked in a wide range of practice areas, including family law, abuse and neglect proceedings, child support enforcement, bankruptcy, estate planning and probate, and criminal law. This broad experience gives her a well-rounded understanding of how legal issues often intersect in clients’ lives and strengthens her ability to manage complex domestic relations cases with organization, clarity, and attention to detail.
Why Family Law?
While each area of law I have worked in provided valuable experience, I ultimately found my professional home in family law. I am highly experienced in managing complex domestic relations matters, including divorce, parenting plans, child support, and post-decree issues. I take pride in helping keep cases moving forward while ensuring our clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process.
Family law is especially meaningful to me because it allows me to help people navigate significant life transitions. Having experienced divorce myself, I understand firsthand the range of emotions clients often face. I strive to bring empathy, patience, and perspective to every case, and I want each client to feel prepared, supported, and confident as they move forward into the next chapter of their lives.
About Me
Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, knitting far more socks than anyone could reasonably wear in a lifetime, and spending time with my children and my cats. I value finding balance, staying creative, and being part of a profession that allows me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families.
