Discovery Team Paralegal
Career Experience
Jasmine Thu Hulse is a Family Law Discovery Team Paralegal who brings more than a decade of legal experience to the Dellino Family Law Group team. Her legal career began at San José State University’s Record Clearance Project, where she supported clients seeking criminal record expungement. She went on to earn her Master of Legal Studies from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
Jasmine has spent the majority of her career practicing in the area of Family Law, working in both collaborative and highly litigated settings. Her broader legal experience includes workers’ compensation, personal injury, probate, and estate planning. She brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to her work and has a particular affinity for legal drafting, spreadsheets, and the strategic application of local court rules and motion practice.
Why Family Law
Jasmine believes that helping families find a path forward is one of life’s greatest successes. She also recognizes the important role the legal system can play in that process.
She is deeply invested in the lasting impact that divorce, parenting arrangements, and mediation can have not only on individual families, but on future generations. While clients may not always remember the names of every attorney or paralegal who helped them through a difficult chapter, their families will remember the impact of the decisions made during that time.
Jasmine’s hope is that her work helps move families toward practical, equitable resolutions while ensuring that each client feels supported, heard, and respected throughout the process.
Background
Jasmine considers herself a dual daughter of San José, California, and White Center, Washington. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, film photography, and collecting vinyl records. She is especially close to her family and friends and spends plenty of time with her two beloved and admittedly evil dogs.
