This process can be handled completely virtually. You will receive an intake form to complete and your custom estate planning documents will be drafted within two weeks, or within 72 hours with the applicable rush fee if desired. The attorney will send you your drafts for review and you will be able to send back any questions, comments, or revision before executing final drafts.
