📍Hybrid or Remote in WA / Full-Time / $45K–$55K base + incentives / Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (PST)

💬 What You’ll Do:
As our Client Liaison / Intake Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for prospective clients—managing the relationship from first contact through consultation. You’ll ensure they feel heard, supported, and well-informed, all while keeping things organized behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all potential new clients
- Collect and manage intake information with accuracy and care
- Follow up with leads and referrals (we never leave a good lead behind)
- Schedule consultations and coordinate calendars
- Track referral sources and contribute to business development efforts
- Represent the firm with professionalism and empathy
🧰 Tools We Use:
Slack, Clio, Lawmatics, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Apple Products, Zapier, and more! Familiarity is a plus, but training is provided.

- Strong communication and listening skills
- A warm, confident phone presence
- Sales experience and a talent for building rapport
- The ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion and empathy
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- A proactive mindset and sense of urgency
- A desire to grow with a collaborative, mission-driven team
