Associate Attorney
Erin Foxton is an associate attorney at Dellino Family Law Group. Erin strives to provide a supportive relationship for her clients and to acknowledge the emotional components of divorce and other family law issues. As a divorced parent of a teenage son, she has personal experience with many of the complexities and challenges that her clients face during the family law process.
Background
Although I was born and raised in Tacoma, WA, I spent 18 years living in New England. I obtained my undergraduate degree at Mt. Holyoke College and my law degree from Western New England University School of Law, both in Massachusetts.
During law school, I was certain that I wanted to work in the field of family law. One of my strengths as your lawyer is to listen to you with patience and compassion. I want to know your priorities and to help you understand the legal process as it relates to your situation. We will work through each step together to achieve the best possible outcome for your case.
In addition to my family law experience, I am a certified mediator and have additional training in alternative dispute resolution. I have also spent many years working in the field of criminal defense, representing private and public defense clients.
When I am away from the office, I enjoy traveling with my son, reading, watching movies and spending time with my two dogs and three cats.
