Gabriela is a West Texas native and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University. In the last 10 years, she has built a career dedicated to serving others.

Gabriela was introduced to the world of hospitality when she started working at a little shop in Mexico. Driven by her dreams, she takes pride in providing the best of herself in all situations with a smile. As a bilingual, first-generation college graduate, she strives to cultivate a warm and accepting environment.
